Lacrosse is a contact sport with metal sticks and solid rubber balls. Each Player is required to wear the following equipment on the field at all times.

• Lacrosse Stick
• Lacrosse Helmet - NOCSAE Approved
• Mouth Guard
• Shoulder/Chest Pads
• Arm Pads
• Gloves
• Protective Cup - Strongly Recommended
• Cleats

Coaches are happy to help with adjusting equipment for the proper fit, and we will offer new players the opportunity to purchase complete "starter kits" at the beginning of each season. Equipment is also available for purchase at many local sporting goods stores (Dick's Sporting Goods in Tempe is the nearest to Ahwatukee) and from dozens of online retailers.
